Before you schedule an inspection, please note that our available times are Monday to Friday at 10:00, 12:30 PM, and 3:00 PM.
 
We currently do not offer night or weekend inspections, as we believe in getting the rest we need to provide you with our best service.
 
Our inspection reports are easy to read and contain many photos. We are always available to discuss the findings over the phone if you're unable to be present.
 
While we strive to accommodate your preferred times, please understand that good inspectors are busy inspectors.
